Norbert Kinder, one of our longest-serving colleagues, looks back today on 35 years of service with the company.
In today's fast-moving world, this is a truly unusual anniversary, on which we would like to congratulate him warmly and say a big thank you for his decades of loyalty to the company and his tireless commitment!
Norbert Kinder began his career at MODERSOHN on August 4th 1986, at that time still in the old production building on Ravensberger Straße.
He worked as a welder, but also took care of smaller internal repairs and was the first contact person for our senior boss in this respect.
In addition, he was often on the road for the company on assembly.
Even today, Norbert Kinder is still employed in our production as a skilled worker in the welding department.
