Today, our colleague Reinhold Hübers can look back on 30 years with the company.
We would like to congratulate him on this special anniversary and thank him very much for his many years of loyalty and commitment!
Reinhold's professional career began with an apprenticeship as a car mechanic and several years of experience in vehicle construction, followed by two years of further training as a state-certified technician in the field of mechanical engineering, specializing in construction technology.
The subsequent job search brought the native of Münsterland to us in Spenge.
On January 1, 1995, he began his professional career at MODERSOHN as a calculator in the fastening technology department. He was quickly able to convince his colleagues and superiors of his qualifications and took over the management of this department in 1998, first temporarily and later permanently.Since 2014, the passionate chess player has been responsible for controlling within the company and keeps an eye on our costs, but also prepares technical elaborations and looks after the Scandinavian market. He also takes care of our stock levels and inventory and is the point of contact for customs-related issues.
Reinhold impresses with his open and straightforward manner, which also benefits him privately in his work in local politics, and likes to critically scrutinize issues instead of simply taking them for granted.
He is a competent contact for both technical and financial questions and is gladly consulted by colleagues when problems or uncertainties arise.
