Last tuesday, the annual methods day for career exploration took place at the Regenbogen comprehensive School in Spenge.
On this day, the students in the eighth grade have the opportunity to find out about the various apprenticeship professions and opportunities at different companies in Spenge.
As was the case last year, the information event was held in "corona mode":
The usual presentation of the company video was dispensed with, as was the factory tour.
Managing Director Wilhelm Modersohn welcomed the 110 pupils, divided into four groups, outside instead and presented the family business MODERSOHN.
Afterwards, our trainees and trainers gave the students an overview of the tasks and requirements of the different job profiles in the areas of production, administration, marketing and IT.
They were also happy to answer the students' questions.
After each of the half-hour events, the eighth graders, equipped with information material and small giveaways, set off again with their teachers on their way to the next company.
We would like to thank them for their interest and hope to welcome some of the students in the future, within the framework of the upcoming career exploration days, work placements or during the week of metal and electrical professions.
